You mean for the 24? I think I could go far a game, been itching for classes to start to do something.

Hello, our group right now consists of 3 A&A players, looking for 4th and maybe 5th player (depending on the game).

Our group has Classic, Revised, AA 1942, AAP, AAE, AA Aniversary, AAP1940, all except (D-Day, Guad). Drop me a line if you are interested. Our group usually plays on saturday (once every few months) depending on everyone's schedule. Also play Mtg.

Sounds interesting, I would like to start playing the old A&A boards again just for kicks.

ro1alpha,

Our group hasn't played AA Classic for a while (too one sided and the bid was too big). Then moved onto AA Revised (it was good and the bid was only 8-9 IPC).
Now we are playing Axis and Allies 1942 (which is the re-revised and so far it seems balanced).
We've tried AA Anniversary Edition but it takes way too long... Has 6 countries (Russia, UK, US for Allies; and Germany, Japan and now Italy for Axis).
We haven't played AA Pacific 1940 Edition yet but this is the newest edition that can be combined with AA Europe 1940 Edition for a global game.

As for AA Pacific and Europe (old version) our group's been staying away from it as the global games are more fun and less time consuming.

I'll let you know next time our group gets together.

Hey I'm game too. I've been wanting to play for a while. I bought the anniversary eddition with Italy last year, but not had the chance to play, but I see that you guys have already tried it. I'm down for anything.
